Your project begins with a conversation. Exploring and discussing beauty, comfort, style & luxury, analyzing your needs, and wants and defining your personal style.
We will create a detailed floor plan & lighting plan in this phase and explore material direction.
D E S I G N D E T A I L I N G
Once a design direction & floorplan have been solidified, we focus on developing elevations of walls, architectural moldings, millwork design. We further develop finishes, specifying architectural detailing, ceiling details, door hardware, millwork hardware & plumbing fixtures. Once this has been approved, we put together comprehensive construction drawings set as well as a specifications package.
B U I L D
As your home is being built, millworkers & other trades will create detailed shop drawings. We typically review these drawings as well as are available for site meetings on an as needed basis throughout construction to ensure the design intent is being delivered.
STYLING
Once the design detailing is complete, we love to focus on the finishing of your home. This includes draperies & window treatments, decorative lighting, furniture, custom furnishings, art & accessory sourcing.
